Hi,
I work in forensics and I was wondering if I could use SourceTracker2 with unknown sources of samples. Ex: If I get a sample from a crime scene, can I use SourceTracker2 to predict/determine the origin (body parts) of the sample that I collected. I working on a project to explore microbial forensics and therefore I have 50 samples, but I don't know from which body parts they are from and I am looking for a tool to help me compare my unknown sample to a library to determine their origin and I was wondering if SourceTracker2 could do that.
Thank you! ^^
