👋 Hello World, Our First Week in Open Source

We're so happy to have this library open sourced! There are many things on the roadmap, which you'll see in the upcoming releases! Here are few already in flight

1. Some wording cleanup from the lift: release(1.1.0): remove references to "tag" #3 which completes Rename "tag" references in Stratum library #5
2. Helping the ramp up towards more contribution chore: add pull request template for clearer contribution instructions #4

We intend for a few things to happen in the coming weeks:

1. Documented decision logs (right here in the Discussions tab), which should clear up the "Why" behind the choices in the world of Stratum
2. First few plugins! We've heard there of a few in flight: Web Console Log, Node Console Log, Post Hog, and even a rewrite for "New Relic" to ensure it meets our logged decision for a Plugin
