The 1.0 release failed to upload because the previous tag was
“1.0”, but the scripts to produce the RC packages produced
1.0.0~rc versions.

Sadly, in dpkg versioning terms, 1.0 < 1.0.0~rc, so the 1.0
packages didn't get uploaded.
