Where are the sphinx docs?

There appears to be a docs folder. Where are those docs located? Can we link to them in the readme?

There appears to be a docs folder. Where are those docs located? Can we link to them in the readme?

Right now, you can generate them locally with tox-e docs. This folder was added as preparation for the adoption of Scenario as the preferred charm unit test framework. They'll soon be available as part of the ops API referenced documentation.
