We need a script that can set the password complexity policy. Beyond pushing this policy out to each machine through Landscape, there needs to be a means to audit the Ubuntu estate, and use Landscape annotations to ensure machines have this policy applied.

These password complexity policy settings can be configured in /etc/pam.d/common-password
