Charm publisher link doesn’t work in “Add to model” panel

1. Go to jujucharms.com/jenkins/13.
2. Hover over the “cicd” text below the icon.
3. Click the text.
4. Go to jujucharms.com/new/jenkins.
5. Hover over the “cicd” text below the icon.
6. Click the text.

What happens:
2. The text becomes blue and underlined, as if it’s a link.
3. You’re taken to a page listing charms from that publisher.
5. The text becomes blue and underlined, as if it’s a link.
6. The whole “Add to model” panel disappears and you’re back on the canvas.

What should happen:
