Would it be possible to tag releases for this repo? I recognise it's a fluid project, BUT, the UI on charmhub.io relies on the main readme.md to be in a certain format. Tagging would allow us to pin the UI to a specific version and only update when we're sure nothing will break. Thoughts?
But why not use the git hash? It's hard to reason, at a glance, which hash is newer.
