Sign In Page for Guests

When access any course and click on "Find Out More" at "About This Course" tab, the website moved to the "Sign In" page.

This page needs:

• Text "You do not have a Sign In account? Click here"
• Link to "Sign Up Now" as a guest (with just email and password)

1. First... Rollback the process as it was.
2. As agreed between us, This is the scenario to access the "Sign in" page with the screen capture:

3. The 2 checkboxs are 1 request. Let the text: "You do not have a Sign In account? Click here" appears at the page. Then link the word "Click here"to the "Sign Up Now" as a guest (with just email and password)
