Problem description
Describe the usage scenarios of the Dedicated Networks API, based on the API Backlog presentation link to pdf.
The usage scenarios should help identifying the requirements on the Dedicated Networks API.

Expected action
Description of usage scenarios (stored in documentation/SupportingDocuments). The API Backlog presentation contains Media Production, Festival and Enterprise as example usage scenarios.
