User story / feature request

Upgrade Google Cloud Composer Environment image calitp-airflow2-prod-composer2-patch to a supported version.

The following message is showing on GC Composer Environment Configuration:
Image

The currently Image version is composer-2.6.0-airflow-2.5.3

Acceptance Criteria

Having GC Composer Image upgraded without the alert message.
