User story / feature request

As a transit data analyst,
I would like to know which stops are effectively the same stops across agencies,
So that I can know which stops are served by multiple agencies,
and so that I can come up with a deduplicated list of stops

Acceptance Criteria

  • A list of stops that are shared between agencies
  • A list of GTFS stops that are associated with a shared stop
  • A deduplicated list of stops that includes each shared stop a single time

Notes

Create an algorithm that merges based on geographic proximity and stop location type.
