Create various mart tables for analyzing NTD data

Perhaps we can make another issue for this, but there are a lot of additional mart tables that could be created. A good starting point for seeing what data questions could be answered would be to compare what is in some NTD Transit Agency Profile Reports. See Santa Cruz Metro example.

I'm making a list of additional questions that could be asked too.

Brainstorming, to possibly edit later:

• We can use the data collected in Facility Inventory/Facilities/Stations to augment and validate our own transit stop and amenity assessment
• We want a vehicles table: we can use the vehicle inventory data to track the ZEB transition. Could be agency-year-mode grain, but there could also be a long table with all the vehicles in case we need to answer questions about specific manufacturer market share.
• We want spending tables: we want to answer questions about what agencies are spending money on (capital, operations) and how that changes over time
