Epic Information - Housing to Transit Demand Calculator

Summary

  • If we build (dense) housing, how many more transit trips would we expect?
  • What about characteristics of the housing and neighborhood? (parking supplied, walkability, etc...)

Research required:

  • Lots!

Notes, misc:

What is the net new # of new riders you could get
HO contact Matt Conway (UNC)
Maybe try going through DRISI or ask to see if we can get other funding from maybe SCAG
ACTION: talk to Matt and SCAG
