After receiving a research request, use this template to plan and track your work. Be sure to also add the appropriate project-level label to this issue (eg gtfs-rt, DLA).

Epic Information - Refactor scripts to use new mart_gtfs tables

Summary

In data-infra, once new mart_gtfs tables are added to remove upstream scripts for the GTFS analytics pipeline, refactor / clean up scripts in this repo.
