Describe the bug

Most of Santa Maria's routes are not showing up in the map of routes in their GTFS Digest.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Map of Routes for Santa Maria
2. See just one route

Expected behavior

All routes should be visible.
