The structure of the script has been completely changed.

1.All bugs have been fixed.
2.All unnecessary files were deleted and made minimal.
3.All code running locally has been organized to run remotely.
3.1.Applications to be installed are now pulled with .json from github.
3.2.Regedit files to be installed are now pulled from github.
3.3. The task that runs on every startup with the task scheduler now runs with the command it will pull from github.
4. After the script finishes running, it no longer leaves files on local.
