jest runs result in an error using upstream figma-plugin-ds-svelte

I'm using a fork of https://github.com/thomas-lowry/figma-plugin-ds-svelte that compiles and distributes the built source vs. distributing the raw source. This is to work around an issue when importing GlobalCSS where it's an unrecognized module.

I'd love to ditch my fork and use the upstream figma-plugin-ds-svelte if someone has some time to look into this.
