When upgrading stan, Cabal's solver went with an or constraint. That's not possible to represent with Stack is it?

constraints: any.Cabal ==3.10.3.0 || ==3.12.0.0,
             any.Cabal-syntax ==3.10.3.0 || ==3.12.0.0,
