By now we live in a multicultural Bundesrepublik, I think translations would make it easer for people to understand and read the Grundgesetz - in their own language.
Maybe starting with Turkish, Italian, Polish and English for internationality sakes.

This would most likely be problematic since most terms in German legal terminology have a special meaning. Translating the Grundgesetz would cloak this meaning, effectively distorting it.
