Errors while uploading SVG

(perhaps rather an issue for https://github.com/c2corg/v6_images/issues )

Several problems have been reported with uploaded SVG images:

• unexpected cropping of the uploaded SVG, see https://forum.camptocamp.org/t/922707-fr/194726

• timeout error when uploading 1.3MB+ SVG files. Actually I get a timeout error when uploading 1.2 to 1.3 MB SVG files => the uploading loading bar goes to the end but the timeout occurs as soon as the processing phase starts:

• font problem:

sur C2C, on ne doit pas avoir les mêmes polices que chez moi, on dirait que la fonte est pas la même. J'utilise la fonte ubuntu.

from what I learned when I implemented this in v5:

• unexpected cropping: nothing much that can be done, and it's quite 'normal'
• timeout: as a workaround there was an article on how to limit the size of imported images in inkscape
• font problem. On v5, a few font where installed, and the list was provided in an article

Perhaps also poor SVG to JPEG conversion.
