Can't fetch an episode

When I try to fetch an episode of 'les-tresors-d-arthur-l-aventurier' there is always an error at the end :

Did you try to watch the exact same episode using the mobile app?
I found that sometimes, episodes would work fine on the web, but would fail on mobile.
When I found some of those, I notified SRC, and they resolved the issue on their side.
