Hey!

I may be mistaken, but my understanding is that y'all had shown that you could bootstrap an estimate of the EMG signal by averaging activity from LFP electrodes. But I can't find a reference for this anywhere. Any pointers? Is it something that is useful?

Hey Caleb,
The bz_EMGFromLFP function has what you're looking for. The algorithm was originally developed by Eric Schomburg and is published.... somewhere. Most likely in a paper related to gamma-band activity. @brendonw1 might know the citation in his back pocket.

Rocking! I think I see it in supplementary figure 4. It's a shame it hasn't been expanded upon... =)
