WordPress Career Portal Plugin Filter Options #506

I have the WordPress plugin installed on a website and in the backend settings there are the following two fields -

Additional Field to Filter Job List (optional)
Values to Filter for on the job list (comma separated)

What options can I put into these fields and what exactly does each option do?

I have tried inputting some filters but nothing seems to change on the portals front end.

Could you look at the Values and ID in field mapping in Bullhorn for values?
