Feature request: Upload Demo

I've hosted my headshotbox and its working like a charm, but now I need to develop an additional Uploader to let others upload there demos.
A function like this based on an list with allowed steamIDs that can upload will help a lot.
I hope that this might possible any day.

using demo share codes and making the server download a demo from Valve servers might be useful too
