Will it support i18n for error "Reason" or any suggested way for doing that?

Hi @jesseXu! PGV isn't really set up well to support hooks to provide solid i18n support. Continue to look towards protovalidate (in particular your issue bufbuild/protovalidate#88) for better support there.
