Ledger critique in multisig - vs. Trezor #85

Hello all,
I don't quite understand Michael's Ledger criticism in a multisig setup (https://btcguide.github.io/known-issues/hardware/ledger) completely. I sent some funds from an electrum multisig wallet with a Ledger Nano S and a Trezor One as cosigners to the Specter multisig wallet. The Ledger tells me, that the derivation path is unusual (maybe because the device is not designed for multisig), shows me the receive address (of the Specter wallet) in full length and then the change address (of the electrum wallet) also in full length. The Trezor One only shows me the receive address, but no change address.

So - for sending funds from a multisig wallet, the Ledger seems to be safer to me than the Trezor. But I guess the Ledger cannot check/display multisig receive adresses, because it does not recognize that it is part of a multisig setup / quorum, is that right? I cannot import the xpubs/zpubs of the other co-signers, like Cobo or Coldcard do (is that possible with Trezor?)?
