If one has i.e. the Cobo vault and a Coldcard as well as a Trezor - would you also recommend to use the Trezor instead of the paper wall in the Guide? If yes, it might be a good idea to put this possibility also in the Guide. Some people might have followed your advice regarding multisig setup before Specter came up and Electrum was the way to go with three HWW.

I think the idea here is that, for day to day operations, you only need two devices. The paper wallet is only for recovery purposes, so it doesn't need to be loaded onto a HWW. Of course, if you have a third one, you could still generate the paper wallet as described, then load it onto the third device for testing purposes. i.e. Perform transaction signing with all combinations of your wallets. Then, wipe from the third device and hide/store the seed.
I think the important part is that no vendor generates enough seeds to control the quorum. There is something satisfying, though, about generating your own seed manually.
