Documentation Sprints Process Overview

Goal

The primary objectives for the sprints are:

• To have a defined process for updating and managing the documentation for OSCAR
• Set up a specified time slot to update the docs on a regular basis to ensure that efforts is being explicitly assigned for documentation

Overview of the approach for documentation Sprints

The documentation sprint will be a monthly working meeting with fixed schedules. For each sprint meeting the following is expected

• The Core team is required to be present as much as possible
• Other members of the different CCV teams are optional and participation will be highly encouraged
• Monthly sprints will consist of the following tasks that the participants can choose to work on
  • Review any Pull Requests for documentation updates made by someone else
  • Add/modify card on the github repo for documentation and add new tasks
  • Work on a specific issue during the sprint
