Unexpected behaviour

Hi,

Thanks for making such a easy-to-use and well documented package!

I was using it and noticed that my adata object got modified and essentially broke my pipeline downstream.

Please, if this is absolutely needed, make a copy of the .var first, and if you want to edit the adata inplace, add some verbosity:

Hi @dbdimitrov! Thank you for your interest in Tangram and the feedback.
I agree adding some verbosity with respect to this is essential. I will add this feature asap.
