Changelog

• Use PyTorch 2.0 stable as the base for the custom PyTorch build. This should fix face restoration and improve stability.
• Add an automatic setting to attention upcasting. This will upcast attention based on the type of model. The downside to this is that currently there is no separate detection for SD 2.0 models, and those models will have upcasted attention even though it isn't necessary (this usually just means a slight decrease in performance unless upcasting attention is manually disabled).
• Includes a fix to reduce Unet NaN exceptions
