Add paid / anonymous signup

Thinking about people being able to pay for a hosted version of the application, without needing credit card processing and remaining anonymous.

Requirements

• Doorman feature for authorized signups should be included in the source.
  • Hosted users would pay and receive a code they'd enter to signup / break trial.
  • Self-Hosted users would just disable the door man feature.
  • Perhaps the application directs users to a config value web page to provide payment and that page isn't in the source since it wouldn't be relevant to all FOSS users.
• User should be able to pay with anonymous payment like Monero.
• There would need to be some kind of avenue of communication, could be through email or through some kind of ticket / support system that doesn't require email.
