Using ggplot to modify global posterior output

Hello,

The following vignette points to MixSIAR 3.1.13 as having the ability to output ggplot objects via a setting in output options, but it appears only 3.1.12 is public at this point:

Is there a way to get the updated 3.1.13 version, or otherwise get the ggplot objects?

Hi, Sorry it's just that I didn't make a new version for the latest changes, but wrote the vignette as if I did. If you follow that vignette to install from GitHub you'll get the needed changes: The latest changes are not yet on CRAN. Install the GitHub version: install.packages <https://rdrr.io/r/utils/install.packages.html>("devtools")remotes::install_github <https://remotes.r-lib.org/reference/install_github.html>("brianstock/MixSIAR", dependencies=T)
