Hi. You cannot install the add-on if you cannot use the add-on store in your installation.
What you can easily do though, is to install Cloudflared directly on your OS, by using the fitting binaries or using docker (see downloads page).
Once you have this running, I suggest to follow our explanation for a remote managed tunnel and simply take the token not to the add-on but to your own run command (see explanation from Cloudflared)
