Unable to config additional hosts

The problem

I installed Cloudflared today (for the first time) and it works flawless! But i’m unable to configure additional hosts since the input field is not visible. I also cannot access the YAML config since it remains blank.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. fresh install Cloudflared
2. go to configuration
3. additional host is not visible
4. YAML config remains empty

I also have this error (for all add-ons) since the last macOS and iOS updates. For me it only worked on the PC with a browser different from Safari.

Thanks! I only use apple devices but downloaded Edge on my mac and now i works indeed.
