Fanboy's Korean no longer updated for several years. Please consider to delete/replace it with List KR

No problems replacing it, the main issue is that has many files; https://github.com/List-KR/List-KR/blob/master/filter-uBlockOrigin.txt we don't support include currently

Will need some modifications to add many lists, but will look into.
