Hey everyone!
I was wondering if it is possible to recalculate cortical folds graphs (including the labelled version) based on manual sulcus segmentation.
I have run BrainVISA's Morphologist pipeline to detect and segment the central sulcus on a dataset of T1w images, obtaining all the files that BrainVISA outputs. However, for some of the subjects I performed manual correction of the segmentation based on the binary image. Now that I have a new manual segmentation image, can I somehow recalculate all other outputs of the Morphologist pipeline (labelled cortical folds graphs, meshes, .csv files with the depth profile and graph morphological features)?
In the end, I am interested in obtaining sulci morphological features for the manually corrected sulci segmentations. Is this even possible?
