  • What about an option to add Twitter, Mattermost... handles? (distinction btwn: required such as e.g. email vs. optional such as e.g. Twitter handle)
  • Adding the authors' GitHub handles = must (?); to easily address questions to the lead author & co-authors?

  • If their original repo uses https://github.com/all-contributors/all-contributors-bot; would it be a possibility to extract that from their repo & list it under contributions (not sure how it would mess up the current layout though)?

  • Where to insert additional latex packages, in report.md or elsewhere?
  • Adding links to the corresponding latex documentation in report.md for the items listed there?

  • Adding all kind of different reference options in APA style (next to article & GitHub repo), e.g. book?

Not directly a feature, but I think it would be cool to have the information from the readme also on the submit page of the website. It's a great and comprehensive step-by-step guide!

Binder badge sounds like a good idea, I will add a boolean field in the markdown front-matter.
