Romanian is similar to other Western languages. It uses the standard English alphabet, plus five special characters: ă, â, î, ș, ț. However, since it is inconvenient to write these, many people replace them with their standard English counterparts: a, i, s, t. The quotation marks used are similar to Bulgarian, where you have „ this ” instead of " this ".

Additional Information

I have already made a fork for this, and the implementation is done. I also translated the app in Romanian, although I believe there may be some inconsistencies with the standard Gnome Romanian translations. Let me know how to proceed with the pull request.
