Dependencies Cleanup

Hello there.
First of all, thanks for this template, I'm already testing it and doing some cleanup to adapt it to my taste.
One thing I noticed, and maybe this is intended as it is maybe a template for you and not meant for everybody, but I see there are a lot of packages that are not been used, like: cross-env electron-packager dotenv electron-connect electron-updater eslint among others.

I know some of this may be part of many Electron apps, but for the template to work, they are not mandatory.

So the suggestion is to create a minimal branch, or whatever in which only the essentials are listed in the dependencies. That way it gives a cleaner starting point for anyone using the template.
