- 1½ heaping cups mixed tender herbs
- e.g. dill, parsley, cilantro, basil, mint, tarragon, chives
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ lemon, zested, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Microplane/zester
- Blender
- Blend until smooth
- Save some as a sauce
