Unable to render tables in local files? #37

Tables don't appear to be rendering correctly, at least testing with local files. Case in point, I have a file that renders correctly when viewed in Github here: https://github.com/wufm/osdi-docs/blob/master/lists.md

Whereas viewing the same markdown locally shows me:

Tables are part of Extended Markdown. See #15 for a feature request to implement that.
