Of course, I use Chrome, under Windows 8. However, it doesn't matter the variation in which Chrome is opened—Windows 8 or desktop—if I click on MD, the icon, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN!!!

I have deleted and reinstalled it at least 6 times.

Does anybody know why this is happening?

Also, the “options” option is turned off if right-click on the MD icon.
