Promoted Notes

These are notes which will bring have some predefined text.

It will be themed with some campaign.
These notes cannot be deleted or edited.

Promoted Notes can be added to any category based on the data.
Right now we won't have any way to actually create Promoted Notes Data.
Hence we have to work on just the retrieval part and rendering on ui.
