Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem but the version of SPAdes is currently pinned. There were some updates in the meantime, including a major 4.0 release.

Describe the solution you'd like
The pin should be updated to 4.0. This will need to be tested as there may have been some changes or new features added which could be worth exposing.
