User should be alerted when there's no internet access.

  • Add isOnline to redux store.
  • Make the Navigation bar grey in this case.
  • Hukamnama shouldn't be fetched in offline mode and user should be asked to show a random Ang instead.
  • Toast notification onoffline.
  • Show some visual cue for pages that are available offline (search|sggs|nitnem).
