I just activated another plugin that creates a post type and noticed that I needed to visit Settings > Permalinks in order to view the post type that the new plugin created.
oik-types has the same problem.
WIBNI oik-types could detect a change to the registered post types and/or taxonomies and do the permalink flushing automatically?
