Some meetings still appear after save a pamphlet format PDF meeting list

Some members reports to me that in a pamphlet view, some meetings still appear on a pamphlet view but looks okay in the 8 by 14 inches format PDF meeting list.
You can see there's a meeting name "Avec Amour" appear in a pamphlet view which are no longer hold meetings in Mauricie County. In the 8 * 14 list, it is okay then.

Please check that the cache is turned off, and if that doesn't help, send me the json files that you used to generate these.
