User should be able to switch between editors without losing their spot

One of the nice things about the UI is the ability to expand/collapse each section without losing your spot. The new UI is a significant downgrade in this respect, and I think we need to reserve parity. We could put the meeting results and filter settings in a store so that they can be restored when switching back to the meetings tab.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to Meetings and click Search. All of the meetings will load.
2. Go to Formats.
3. Go back to Meetings.
4. The search has been cleared.
