Run out of storage space when training starts

As of writing, I have 7mb remaining on my C: drive, Windows 11.
My kohya_ss repo is in my D: drive, which has 230GB free space.

I am not familiar with python and how pip, venv works, but I have a strong knowledge of other programming languages and environments, e.g. npm, nodejs, javascript and others.

Question:

1. I want to clean up all the downloaded libraries during setup. How can I find and delete them?
2. I want to clean up all the downloaded libraries during first-time training. How can I find and delete them?
3. Can I specify a different directory in D: where to store the downloaded libraries?
