Load training settings only, not image, model and other path settings.

I don't think it is currently possible to only load training settings.

I usually change image folders when training different things, but I'd like to in general load the same training settings.

It would be very nice to be able to simply load settings in each tab only.

So I could load training settings only from one tab, and if I wanted, I could also load paths if I wanted.
